This app shows information about cellular networks and network traffic and store those in log files. The app works locally on the phone and doesn't connect to any server. The app supports the user in transferring the log files for example by email or other apps. It is the users decision if the log files are send and to which destination. Without explicit user action all data stay private on the phone.
